The hotel was clean and the location was super and awesome near of everything. Location: the venue was close enough to two railway stations, and metro and bus. Stopped by Odette et Aime to get some coffee and treats, it's 4-6 minutes' walking distance from the venue, recommend.

The breakfast at De Paris Opera was a great way to start the day. They had a good selection of pastries and cheeses, and I especially enjoyed the mini croissants and pain au chocolat. The wifi in the rooms worked well, making it easy to stay connected. The rooms were clean and tidy, with the bed made every day and fresh towels provided. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with metro stops, bars, pharmacies.

We had a great time at this place, the hotel was of great quality, quiet, and close to everything, we stayed in a queen room.

It was near an Internet cafe and supermarket.
Extremely rude receptionist who raised his voice at us when asked for help about faulty safe box and room heater. Nobody came to sort out these problems (eventhough the receptionist supposedly called someone to come that night) so we ended up sleeping in a cold room (temperature outside was 4 deg). We were told to speak to the owner of the hotel ourselves if we wanted help with the safe and heater. The owner, by the way, never came. Shower head had no stand and water tap knob came off when turned. I checked out after only one night but the rude receptionist charged me for 2 nights without bothering to explain why. When I enquired, he rudely snapped that that was the price and that's it. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel had a marvellous location close to Saint-Vincent-de-Paul church. I thoroughly enjoyed that the property was close to a subway station.- Tastefully decorated room with a view, good value.- A shower and a hair dryer were a plus.Rewritten: The hotel's location near Saint-Vincent-de-Paul church was fantastic, and being close to a subway station made getting around easy. The room was tastefully decorated and offered a nice view, providing good value for the price. Having a shower and a hair dryer available were added bonuses.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in Paris, the plus side is that you don't have to stay in this hotel, you can choose!
Dirty, smelly, awful rooms, i had to cancel my reservation after staying couple of days. Towels are not even white, they are not clean, with stains on them, they are smelly so is the room. I don't think there is someone cleaning the room at all. Wifi is not functional after second floor. If you think the location is great think twice, bring your camp equipment and camp inside a metro station, more convenient, same cleanliness, better location.
